T.L.C is the most interesting channel on television today!
It covers most aspects of life,
you can switch it on, and perhaps find an in-depth
portrayal of Forensic Science, all the ins & outs of DNA.
Trauma, in Emergency Operating Rooms,
Real happenings of actual operations,
sometimes a little too real! {not for the faint at heart}
They show actual Face Lifts, Heart Surgery, Child Birth,
Breast Implants, reconstructive surgery and more......
Then we have Police chases and capture of criminals.
Interviews of people on the scene..
More than perhaps you need, or want to know about crime..
Nonetheless its really enlightening to see reality!
’’Hometime’’ covers ’’Home Improvement, ’’
taking down walls and adding additions to homes,
and generally making all kinds of renovations
to existing property. (I love that type of thing.)
Then they have the lighter side of programming.
’’Trading Spaces’’
Two sets of homeowners, agree to swap homes for two days,
They also agree with the Show, to allow one room
in each home to be redecorated as the designer and
neighbors choose!
It can get scary when you watch what they get up to!
It all comes together in the end,
the people return to their own homes,
and for the most part, do seem pleased.
’’The Wedding Story’’
This is a complete account of what goes into all the planning
of a real wedding..
The family on both sides, allow the camera crew to follow
them around the day before the event, and through the ceremony
as they take their vows, then onto the reception...
On this channel we get to see other parts of the world
and how they really live, good, bad or whatever..
There is a tremendous amount of information to be learned
from watching ’’T.L.C’’ as well as a great deal of fun!
Gardening, Pets, Cooking, World affairs,
you name it! they have it!
Something for everyone.
It is in my opinion, the best use of Television today!
