I have ordered many items from Tmart, including my dress! My sister also ordered her senior prom dress from there.
We have all been very pleased with the items we buy from there. Granted, the quality is not always EXACTLY as pictured but more often than not it is pretty decent quality for the little money you pay for it.
I have also had to contact the customer service team and I never had a problem getting in contact and having my issue resolved.
