An executive home within 2 days. However, the problem was partially resolved and the executive was supposed to come back in the next week with some part. He didnt turn up for a month.
We started calling TMC again, the receptionist couldnt give us the same feeling as it was for the first time. This time there was little arrogance. Then next time somebody from TMC promised to send the executive in 24 hours. There is week now for that promise. We are trying to call them but number gets busy.
About TMC: What we had heard of TMC was that they provide good service after sales. It means, they facilitate service. But we did not experience it too good. I had noticed while purchasing refrigerator that the cost is 600-800 rupees higher than market. I purchased from TMC considering their service claim but now feel that I could have saved this amount at the purchase time itself.
