AWB no: 609114580 eduliX ACCOUNT not delivered on time it was picked on 29th of may. they should have delivered on 31st but due to some reasons it couldnt happen.To my surprise next day delivery was not even attempted and I had to run through lot of calls and emails to Sweden to know the status. I feel very sorry to say TNT people are truly unprofessional.
My admission documents are not delivered on 31.may.2012 due to some reasons.
My question why delivery not attempted on 1 June 2012?
I have called ten times to your customer care number(INDIA) and everytime I received a standard reply
" delivery was attempted yesterday(31-may) we have made delivery arrangements for today.Please leave your number will call you in 30 mins" . I never received called from any person.

I will never forget Mr Sheikh with whom I spoke on 11:00 PM on 1st July 2012. he said he has just come for shift and will update me in half hour.Then when I called on 11:50 PM. To my surprise, Sachin picked and he said sheikh left for the day which is completely contradictory with sheikhs promise.(i.e he told me he just came for shift).
sachin was not ready to help me. he is repeating same thing that is call tomo(saturday) 10 o clock. after so much of arguments he gave me his seniors email Id.
Is this the way TNT runs? are these sort of irresponsible people who dont care about the timely delivery and need of customers work for TNT?
When I asked refund for my courier charges, they refused to do so.Please dont go for such irresponsible people as they are not bothered about your necessity and requirements,
