On July 22nd I had placed an order for a door closer and a Power Drill Tool Kit. Both priced at Rs.2056 together.
Almost after 8 days, I received only the door close with just the main component only! The connecting rod and the screws were all missing! I called up the customer care and asked me to do a lengthy procedure to replace it. With no other go.
I had to take photographs of what I received, lengthy para to make them understand what was missing and finally a begging request for my folly! I received a mail stating that a reverse pickup will be done in 48hrs! Finally the pickup was done after a week! Then again after few days the right item with all fittings was sent to me.
Again after a few days I received a msg from Gati that the Power Drill Kit has been picked up and will be delivered in 3 days. As promised I received the Kit and I was literally upset at the very condition. Came in a very dirty condition.
The box was a cheap looking one and so were the tools too. I am sure the entire kit doesn’t cost more then 900 bucks, but it was priced 1825. The worst part was the chuck key or the T shaped key to tighten on the tip after inserting a pin to drill was missing! When I called the customer care, I was given the same lengthy tiring procedure to again! I decided to buy that key some where outside and skip the lengthy part of complaining.
Thats it, I got vexed by this stupid portal. I enjoyed the service of Amazon, Flipkart and Ebay very much and a regular customer too.
What you see here is that there is no sense of keeping the delivery promise by these portal. Took nearly a month to deliver the products!
Its a good bye to this stupid service and depend on the better ones. Careful guys! Worthless products and patience killer too! Avoid!
