We bought over 40 products form Tolexo.com and 16 products were received in Broken conditions.It has been over 45 days but we have to received either the replacement of our products nor refund amount.
We have spoken to multiple people and sent numerous mails but have got no response.
Infact the initial responses by the team at Tolexo was ": What is wrong with the product" even after we shared with the images of Broken products. We have returned products worth 4900 and paid for them but Tolexo does noyt bother about its customer.
Other Issues:
a. Many products listed on these website are over their MRP’s,
they are giving Discounts on these inflated MRP’s and trying to fool the customer that they are giving better rates.
b. Order usually take over 20 days to deliver. NOT even a single order has been processed on time.
