I ordered few items from tolexo, In recent days it is growing with more product offering and discounts every day with some tags. I want to share my experience with order No. TOD103520802 for Taparia tool boxes two units. Items were not shipped for more than a week and I had to call them to check the status and came to know that the product is out of stock.
The point to be noted here is how it was in stock when I ordered and after one week time it is out of stock. Interestingly the same taparia tool box is available with two different prices now. They even did not inform me the status until I call customer care.
" HOW COME THE PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT IN STOCK IS FOR SALE "
My sincere suggestion to tolexo if they happen to see my review is, first try to streamline the product catalogs with stocks.( Why should you keep less selling price and take orders and keep money with you for some days and inform customer that the product is "out of stock" if and only if the customer call for the update)
"Trust" is the main driving force for any e-commerce company which can only be accumulated through best support services.
