Ive been using Tolexo for several months, to buy all sort of toys I need to play around, like tools, welding machine, other car DIY accessories and so on.
The Delivery/tracking/support was completely hopeless in the beginning, took up to 45 days to delivery the orders. But they have improved drastically, still not up to what you would expect from a typical eCommerce site. But hey, they are not selling shirts n trousers:)
This is what I would summarize:-
They have huge collection of Industrial products, at amazing Prices.
They have improved a lot from what they were. Still some deliveries takes times. But for the quality of the product and Price, it is worth the wait I felt.
They don’t cheat -> I have got my money returned from them many times as the products were out of stock.
Now a days, they do call you up personally and inform in case one of your cancelled orders/items are now available.
Overall, Good Quality Products, at very competitive Price, and very good collection of Industrial products, and you need to have a lot of patience:), They will deliver or for sure, return the money.
