Had purchased three products from this company on **7th of January** and didn’t receive the product by the promised time so had send repeated mails and got some despatch details which were totally fake. Have cancelled the product by **24 th January**.
Received confirmation mail on 31st stating due to un accessable location the products couldn’t be delivered and that the cash will be refunded in 6 working days. Now no response from tolexo and they claim the products have been delivered. After 2 to 3 repeated calls they are just bluffing but no response regarding my money. **Pls friends this all seems like big scam beware of this site.*
Really would give a - 5 for this but there is no option in the rating space.

Dear friends am sure many have faced troubles with tolexo as I did. They are hopeless, all steps taken falls in deaf years.
Finally I filed a complain in https://core.nic.in/ it was very useful. for past 2 months tolexo was reluctant to reply mails or calls.
just a mail from core centre solved the issues in just 4 days. do try core.
