Poor service, encountered problems in 3 out of 4 orders:
Order #TOD100870587(Order Date: July 7, 2015): They cancelled one of the products that I ordered. So far they did not refund the money.
Order #TOD101077473 - Partially Delivered: They delivered one item with a missing part. I requested for return pick-up about 20 days back. So far, nothing has happened. In fact, I provided all the details twice on their request.
Order #TOD101412776 - Tolexo Initiated Cancellation NSA:
The payment was done through cred-card. They said they can’t deliver to my address and cancelled the order. But, surprisingly, I got a call from them saying that they can deliver the product on COD. Though I did not return their SMS confirmation, it appears that they went ahead with the order. I may refuse to accept the package as I suspect their business practices. Hope I get the refund for the payment I made through my credit-card.
Overall, it is very disappointing and their business practice is bit suspicious.
