I’ve made few purchases from Tolexo. Experiences on first two were good enough.
But the recent experience with my purchases are QUITE DISSATISFYING
In one of the order which I placed I got all the products Wrong and they were dispatched all separately.(Order ID TOD100675162)
Till now they didn’t responded how I should get my original order instead of wrongly delivered products.(It was a month after writing to them)
Another order which I placed on 8th June 2015(Order ID TOD100720510). Till now(on 02nd July 2015) it is showing that the order is under processing.
The company may earn much more reputation if they Concentrate on Quality rather than the MarketingThink twice before making the Purchase!
