I have been an avid buyer of almost everything online. When I came across Tolexo, I also rested my hopes on a lovely website and great product line up.
But, it’s been almost 6-7 months, and I have only one review about them. They are big time liars. Cheating with customers will take you nowhere Tolexo.
Okay so tell me if I am wrong somewhere.
First you list a product on your website, then you expect Business Client / People to buy from you. A Client buys a product, aishwaryasingh23s for it. Order is accepted and confirmation sent. Then the site is supposed to send the product to client and both are happy and business work. Its all about satisfaction and commitments.
Now. in case of Tolexo
First, you find a product, place an order, aishwaryasingh23 for it, they accept and confirm via email and then. You start to wait for any update from their end. They send you an update if you call them up or may be after 15-20 days they update anything about the order. If Tolexo CEO Mr Brajesh Agrawal. thinks that he is making some profit on it, he May ship the product to customer otherwise, he would back out like a child, refuse to fulfill the order and use your money for a month or so and then tell you "PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE".
What the Hell do you think you are doing Tolexo? Are we looking like fools here. Shame on having such gutless people on earth. Why don’t you start selling Parle G coz it will be one product that will always be available.
If you can’t honor your commitments and words. You have no right to be proud of what you are doing.
Shut your business Tolexo and stop fooling people.
