I placed a order of EGK 15 watts 10 nos of Led Bulb, No problem they send timely delivery.But I was not at home for about 20 days and My packet received by my family members and after my arrival at home I opened the packet and I fitted One LED Bulb in the Socket and glow the bulb.After using 10 days(2-3 hrs per day) bulb got explode. Same thing happened to 2 nd bulb.This time bulb exploded in just 4 days.I talked to the Tolexo they refused to replace the lot because according to the company policy I can complaint within 15 days only. I told them that I was out of station but they refused to give any replacement and refund.
Selling only cheap quality led bulbs. These are shamless people and I advice to all not to purchase any LED BULB FROM TOLEXO. My 10 bulbs exploded in just 40 days. Worst quality of the bulbs.
They are unprofessional. Now time has come we should aware public to not buy things from this site.These are shameless people and do not care about the money and feelings of the customers.
