I had purchased products worth Rupees 2000+ on tplexo.com with order no TOD100124271 dated 26/1/2015. till date the order is in processing . god help you . if you even get a chance to speak to anyone on their helpline no. I must have sent quite a no. of emails to which there never was a reply. first email was around 10 days back.
