Worst shopping site, Dont use if you dont want cry

Complaint regarding Order ID TOD101255901, placed on 16 August 2015. Today 15 days have been passed, item not delivered yet.:-(

I have not update regarding its delivery, No track where my shipment is. After so many complaints they provided me a fake shipment ID, which does not work on courier company site.

AWB No: 126416535330 Shipping Provider: XPRESSBEES

Current status: Status not available for given AWB

Seems like they have forgot to dispatch my parcel, I regret I should not pay them in advance. my money is blocked. Kindly help.
