Worst online shopping site

I ordered products on Oct 31 2015. I didn’t received till date 16 Nov 2015.

Still it is showing shipped(refer attached images). There is no proper response from customer care after 2 calls and 2 mails. . . and there is no 24/7 service. . . poor service from tolexo don’t buy products from this website. .
