Really bad experience of online shopping via Tolexo.com. I had ordered a product for Rs 400 /- and to my suprise they have send me a product of Rs 100/ not ordered by me at all.
I had to go through no of calls & mails to get the reverse pick up done.
But the refund on money is still a challenge.
Pls stay away from Tolexo. Will never advise friends or relatives to go online through Tolexo.com.
On one hand, we have Amazon & Flipkart delivering best customoer services but Tolexo fails repeatedly.
