So now that mom’s here....its channel 8 and not 9....The cat’s sleeping has a bowl of milk beside....a mouse comes.....drinks milk...cat opens up one eye lid......mouse gets scared....turns around...practices spot running like running on a very fast moving tread mill - you run but you don’t move).......now...cat too does the tread mill
thing....mouse runs(moves now)....cat runs......

I AM going to watch the TOM AND JERRY SHOW
10 years ago may be I used to watch many more cartoons like Centurions, Captain Planet , Scooby Doo but one thing for is for sure there is no cartoon which can beat the Tom and Jerry Show. How much ever intresting other shows might be , when you browse thru the tv channels and suddenly when you hit upon Tom and Jerry, somewhere in your heart you feel like watching it only and leave everything else.
When I was 8 things were slightly different. Slightly. May be now my mind wavers Ftv<------->Cartton Network.But nothing much has changed as then too my ’Tom’ was my mom.
Then it was like...

Whatever be the age who ever the person might be everybody loves watching. This is one show everybody has a soft corner for.
When my father swiches on the tv. I say MTV he says NDTV we both end up watching Cartoon Network’s Tom and Jerry. After the hectic schedule of Kusums with double ’Ks’ and the teary serials about the neary and deary even my grandmother loves watching this show. She laughs so much and the remaning water left in her spongy lacrimal gland oozes out again - but this time its out of happiness.
So whatever it might be for this show.....age no bar, sex no bar, if you are as black as tar or white as
tushaar(snow if you didn’t now )when you are drinking in the bar or crying behind the bar(s) or sitting in the car this is a show watched baar baar as it cracks out laughter louder than a 10000 lar
This show is like your childhood sweet heart. You loved her. But as you grow up you do not know why you left her.You still have a soft corner for her. But you wouldn’t marry her. She is the same bubbly girl-next-door hasn’t changed a bit. But you have ’grown up’.

Its about a cat called Tom and a mouse called Jerry. Tom chases Jerry Jerry runs away. But in the end like Bollywood film heros Jerry always wins in the end.
Sometimes there are guest appearances..like the ferocious dog and a very cute bird and a mischevious mouse ...they all help Jerry to get away from Tom.
The characters were first created Hanna and Barbara in 1938. Talking about the people who all help in making this show......Sorry I could never find out....as My eyes were always filled with tears brought out of laughter.
