Who doesnt know about this brand. People are getting used to new international brands now, Indian brands are a thing of the past now. I decided to check out the Tommy Hilfiger store, I was prepared to burn my pockets, I was sure that the price range would definitely be high, the ambiance of the store was good, you would get tempted to buy something or the other, those perfect lights, classy atmosphere and crowd.
I already had already worn a Tommy watch which was gifted to me by my son, its been 3 years and the watch is as good as new, i saw the formal pants and jeans and tried a couple of them, liked some and saw the price, it was for 4000 Rs, it didnt pinch me much because even Levis high end jeans are around 4000, so I happily took it, loved the fit and the jeans material, the fitting was way better than any other jeans I had tried, then I saw the round neck t shirts which didnt appeal to me that much, the range was from 1200 to 2500, I didnt like the prints, they need to improvise on that, collar t shirts were great, excellent fit and good variety of colours, I bought a navy blue one, simple yet elegant and the shirts were good too but overpriced.
I prefer Marks and Spencer for shirts. The staff was a turn off. They had good wallets too.
Tommy Hilfiger is overall good, they just need to improve on some of the products which have sad quality prints. I would recommend this brand to all.
