I had a very disappointing experience with Toothsi by MakeO. Their customer service is extremely poor. Whenever theres an issue, we have to call the customer care team and even they dont have any proper solution. They just say we dont have the authority to do that or youll get a callback, which never actually solves the problem.
The process is frustrating because if we miss their call (due to being busy), we have to start the whole thing again calling customer care, explaining everything from the beginning, and hearing the same scripted responses. Its honestly one of the worst service experiences Ive had.
We dont have time to keep calling again and again we just need proper support and clear confirmation. I expected much better professionalism from a brand like Toothsi. Very disappointing.
