Here are my top five destinations, probably not to everyones taste but I like them.
1 My favourite place. Las Vegas, I loved it so much that we are going again in october. it’s a place that’s magical, you can’t explain why but it draws you into it.
It’s lovely all lit up at night.
The hotels are magnificent, the casino’s are noisy but exciting.
The buffets are enormous and are cheap, and lastly the entertainment is the best.
- Orlando , Here you can go back to your childhood. You can go to all the theme parks and even ride on the childrens rides without feeling stupid.
The weather is always good even when it rains it didn’t last long.The hotels are great, large airy rooms. There are some great beaches.
3 California , I have been to Anaheim , home of disneyland, Santa Monica, Hollywood. los Angeles etc.
The weather is always hot when we go.
The hotels and service are fantastic.
There are some wonderful beaches that stretch for miles. The food is cheap compared to britain.
4 Majorca, we have been to Palma, Alcudia, Cala Dor, Magaluf, Palma Nova, Calas de Mallorca.
I love all the resorts in Majorca, the place attracts all kinds of nationalities, the germans are trying to take over I think.
The beaches range from the long and stretch for miles, to the little bays.
The waters are crystal clear turquoise, the hotels are sometimes big and brash, we try and stay in smaller ones.
It’s always been sunny when we have visited.
5 Rhodes, Greece. Even though I have had one bad experience there I have visited three times altogether.
This was my husbands first ever holiday abroad.
We found our own private beach with little taverna.
Rhodes has plenty of nightlife, there were loads of rock bars, which we also enjoy.
The people were friendly but you are better to go with a partner for safety.
The men get a bit frisky.
The apartments were a little basic , you have to pay more to get good quality accomodation.
