Everest base camp trek, EBC in April 2009

Its 4 weeks since I am back from my trek to Everest Base Camp, and I know if I don’t sit to blog now I probably never will...

it has been the singular most memorable trip of my life, and I just had to pen down my experience, in vivid detail.

Doubts do arise, will I be able to do justice to natures abundant beauty and diversity by some simple words?

iknow the answers to the question will be woefully inadequate, butunless I try I will never know, will i?there are so many facets to thestory, and not necessary all adventure related. But if no one else I doknow for sure that my gang of 8 revelers from mumbai, 3 nepali friendsand one NRI from UK will always get an opportunity to relive a fewmoments if not more, as I venture to reminisce.

first I willtry and give a daily narrative, few photos etc, and then touchon otherfeatures.. like food , costs, hygiene, altitude issues, emotional issuesetc

since the blog is extensive, I am pasting the link, which contains over 100 photos and a daily travelogue. I hope it comesin handy for the prospective trekker!
