My wife has ordered a finger ring on 10th of last month with an assurance of the sales guy there that it would take maximum of one month.
But today when we enquired still no sign of the our order. Also they didn’t even bother to call and update. Its only we are calling and checking the status.
When we visited there, we were given all kind of excuses. We are extremely upset as the ring was for some specific function.
