Hi I was started topX recently, last month 10 th onwards, it was totally fraud app, bonus is fraud, all promise is fake, because they given bonus but it is not able to use, if we ask about that it was technical issues fir some account, it was one month over I lost all my amount and bonus without used, because of software issues, I had made lot of complain but no use, I had uploaded reviews and video in YouTube also, about this fraud app.
Hi after one month of problem now our app is working and bonus was working in platform, but now I am asking whatever the lost bonus due to platform issue, they didn’t ready to activated back, again telling same fraud promise , they promised after platform issues resolved they told we will update back the lost bonus due to platform issues but not ready to given back.
And my friend account fraud issues till not resolved and they cheated 13000 rs.
My review again after continues of bad service, on yesterday I was received call from one of senior manager, he just ask my communication language and immediately disconnected the call, see this is the worst manager having this company. Even I am telling you can speak in English, he had disconnected the call, but still today my lost bonus not updated again, same story telling that we will update after some days. So don’t believe topx, it is showing the senior management response.
Till today it was 85 days over , app issues resolved but bonus not given what ever I lost due to software issues, every time telling only , 1 to 2 week, what a third class answer .
Now it is 3 month over this is big fraud company, they didn’t given my bonus back even software issues solved, thirdclass , fraud topx , Don’t use anyone .I have all proof and submitted also
