Recently I was on a trip to Rajasthan and the starting point was Jaipur, we had taken a travel package of Jaipur and this was the hotel booked for us in Jaipur.
If you look at the hotel site, the looks of the hotel will make you feel a good hotel and since I am the first to write review on this hotel in mouthshut so there was no reviews for me read too.
So let me share my experiences one after the other.
- We reached Jaipur around 11 am in the morning and this hotel was not near to the city so we reached the hotel around 12 noon.
Tired of the journey we went into the hotel thinking that the rooms will be ready and we can just relax for sometime but to our shock the hotel receptionist was like the rooms are not ready it will take 10 minutes, 10 minutes in the first thought was ok fine.
But time just kept ticking and we were waiting still at the reception, then after 30 mins when we called the manager he was also not even sorry that it was taking such long he also said sir wait you will get the rooms.
We had 2 rooms booked and after 1 hour we got the first room, then we came to know that they had not made arrangements for us even though we had pre bookings and check in time of 10 am and second room we got after more 15 mins.
- Now let me tell you about the rooms.
The rooms were small and the TV was just a crap as it didn’t work again just to hear sorry sir there are some issues, then for bathing in 1 room there was hot water and not in the other and toilets were not clean.
- Now about the breakfast which was complimentary.
We were to stay in Jaipur for 2 nights and since we were just exploring the city we were not in hotel much except during night when we came to sleep and morning for the breakfast which was complimentary.
So first morning we got the breakfast ontime at 8:00 am and not much options but poha and bread butter which was ordinary but we ate it anyway(as we have seen better complimentary breakfast in other hotels this was just ordinary).
But the second morning was the shock as at night itself we told the receptionist that we need to leave early morning to Ajmer so ensure breakfast is on time at 8 but the hotel needed to give more bad memories so when we came for breakfast with our luggage we saw nothing.
We called the reception person they told sir you need to tell us then we will start preparation.
This was just the bad ending required and so we left without the breakfast as it we had already had enough of their bad service.
So my suggestion to anyone who visits Jaipur, don’t opt for this hotel it looks great from outside we were also impressed by its outer look but a very bad service provider.
