Torry Harris Business Solutions is the worst company I have ever worked..managers are pathetic. There is no professionalism, there is no policy, there is too much politics. The managers treat people like slaves, and they have different policy for each employee. They don’t care for your personal life, they insult you on floor in front of everyone. They write nasty emails, threaten you, and they keep employees in deep depression. More than a company its a recruitment company. They are surviving on few UK clients (O2, Orange) and one African client, ..They don’t have much clients.
Their website is fake and old..Attrition is very high..they treat very bad once they send you onsite. They think if they are giving you salary they are doing big favor to you. The HR team has no clue and control on managers. HR Team bluff while hiring you, don’t trust them. There are few managers who control everything, these peoople have formed their groups because they are here since the beginning of company, and they don’t allow anyone to grow. They keep insulting you, they won’t give you promotion and hike and their bonus system is hilarious..their CTC is fake, bonus component is big part of CTC, and that bonus you never get in this company..the worst company to work.
Originally this company sells Fish in US, and they should keep selling fish, they should leave software business, because they can’t treat highly educated software professionals like fishermen..there is serious mindset problem in this company..
Not recommended to anyone unless you don’t want to suffer like HELL.Please don’t join this org..an honest advise coming through experience and sufferings..
