I’ve worked before with Torry Harris Bangalore, main revenue is from outsourcing, so you may be sent to client places, you will not get any technical trainings, you may not get any on site, but the pay looks good over there- I dont know now, when I was working it was good. If you are starting your career, its a good place, but once if you are to leave the company, be sure, you will have to taste lot of injustice, though they have written in offer letter that you can leave the company by paying the amount, they won’t accept and you will have to serve a painful notice period of 2 months, they may threat you saying, you will be terminated if you try to be over smart.
Its not a company to spend whole life, HR people over there are good-only when at the time of recruitment, but after that they treat the employees without any respect and speak very harshly to employees and without any manner. Finance department is pathetic there, they speak very rude and will not help you in any thing and its very slow. Some of the mangers are good, they have corporate trainings, but only available for employees work in THBS office. Some people even started calling -Torry Harras!!!!
The greatest problem with Torry harras is the HR department, just don’t trust them, they are pathetic!
