My experience with Toshiba TV was shockingly poor. the TV stopped switching on after two years. What most people dont know is that Toshiba outsources its after- sales service to Jeeves. I found this service lousy and incompetent. First the technician said the backlight has gone, and said he would replace it. After three hours of effort, he declared that the LED panel is gone too.I discovered that the panel had developed cracks that had not been there before. And a word about their toll-free customer care service: Poor and agonisingly slow. The Jeeves service provider was clueless about the quality of their service as well.
