I bought this HDD just because I had less space in my laptop. This external hard disk has many issues. First of all I bought this product online. They charged delivery charges. Later on when it came I started using the disk. It was very friendly in beginning.
But after a month it wasnt in its original condition. The data which I used to store starting getting deleted. I know this is shocking but yes its true. Then suddenly the space started showing very less space. I contacted the customer services but they made fool and didnt help. The customer service is very bad. This product was not a value for money. I would not recommend this to anyone
