I have been using this TV for one year. Now I will share you the issue below which I have faced with this TV-
1>I have faced many problem with this TV. After used 4 to 5 months the TV screen blinking and some line created on the screen. After that I took it on the service centre for resolving. After 6 to 7 days The customer service engineer return my TV to my home after repaired. After I received the TV the picture and sound quality is not so good and also the TV has some other problem created.
2>Video quality is not so good, if you want to see High Definition video then the picture you can not be look clearly.
3>Sound quality of this TV is also not good. If you increase the volume then the sound not clear.
4>Their service and support very bad, their service engineers not have proper knowledge to identify the issue properly. If you call their customer care for need any guidance then you need to wait more long time to speaking with their executive. Though they received the call they put the call hold for a long time, which is very bad.
5>It is not value for money, according to my feeling, I was bought this TV means, I have lost my money.
