I have bought Toshiba led tv esteem model and using it without any problem since 3 years. There was some issues regarding the screen just a week back and its been serviced without any problems. The customer care needs to be little more proactive as it takes few days for the technical person to come down to your house.
Otherwise its okay for other issues. I have one suggestions to make which I was denied saying its corporate policy and I was turned down. I had bought the tv for 3 years guarantee period and I wanted to extend my warranty, but I was informed that I cant because its corporate policy that they cant renew the warranty period even I am paying for the same.
