I just got my Toshiba Canvio Alumy 2TB from flipkart at ?4900. I was very worried at first due to bad reviews but once I saw the brand new pack I was relieved. So let’s go ahead with the review of the hdd.
1) the case is full aluminium
2) the feel if the hard disk is premium
3) the average speed that I get is 90mb/sec
4) the hdd feels a lil bulky but I guess it’s due to its capacity.
The deal that I got from the flipkart is during the dusheera sale so got this hdd preety cheap. I got it in blue colour which is preety neat. The cable is good somewhat similar to WD. It’s a 3.0 usb drive. It is compatible with windows all version from 7 to 10, haven’t tried it out with xp and other os.
