I have brought the product last year and its working perfectly fine till now
it has never been slow or hanged and is compatible with other laptops and devices too
It s black and simple design
m not sure about the services as I haven’t been there not its required for me
Speed is awesome with avg copy speed of 33-45 Mbps and cut speed of 50-70 Mbps when connected to a 3.0 port and it becomes half while connected to a 2.0 port but its equally backward compatible with 2.0 as well
