Toshiba is internal company from japan but in india the product and service of toshiba is not satisfactory.as of there is less availability of its service center.i purchased this product 5 months before but believe me after that I had to go 3 times to its service centre which 200km from my home town but till now there is no proper solution.the read and write speed of this device always fluctuate.some times it takes to much time for data transfer which is too much of irritating.
performance of this device is not good at all.i recommanded to buy other toshiba model hard drive compare to this one as off this model has huge issue.
the style and design of this product is good as compare to its other model.it looks so classic.but don’t be attrect by its look.just look for performance.
service and support of toshiba is like average type.if we got any issue we have to wait for a long time and the support department send our damaged product to its major service centre.
its not worthy as of my recommendation.its a 2tb device with a huge number of issue.
staff assistance-The staff assistance support is a kind of average because they have also no control with their own department.
