I buy this hard disc aroun 10 months before .
The speed was good and inam happy.
But after 6 months of buying I found that the hard disk is not working properly.
So, I call to toll free number .
The serial number was fade out as this is a paper slip and cant on back side which is lying down everytime.
So when I call I tell them serial number as I have a old picture of that.
But I go to submit it they refuse to take it serial number was not there .
I told them in the plastic cover ( Wd hard disc is a plastoc box and inside it the original hdd) original hdd has the number so don’t worry and u can check it.
They doesnt listen me and refuse to take .
I call again to consumer support and they say in the side hdd they dont mean any thing we want serial number on box.
And refuse to replace or repair my disc .
