I bought the hard disk through an E Commerce site 6 months ago and after using it for 2 months the data cable with it started giving me problems, it just automatically ejected whenever I connected it to my pc so I went to the customer care office of toshiba where they told me that they dont entertain customers who purchased their products online so after a little arguement they were ready to see the problem of the hard disk and with what they came out with is my hard disk is corrupted and it needed to be formated
So I said yes do it but after this I dont want any complain in this and they said dont worry it will work gud.
And after 15 days approx the same problem started again and that time I had a license copy of anti virus in my laptop so there was no problem of virus at all and when I went again to the customer care again and dis time they said the problem is in the hard disk and it need to be replaced so I left my hard disk there and after 3 months they gave me a new hard disk and rite now it works ok but my overall experience with this toshiba hard disk is not gud.
