Bought a Toshiba Regza 2 months back from Adhiswar. You wont believe me, it was too bad of an experience. TV went blank in one weeks time and after several calls, service engineer came and told us it needs to be replaced. Provided all the documents needed and till date I havent got the replacement. 2 full months of wait, 100 phone calls.. nothing helped till now.
The way they respond to your calls is pathetic. It makes you feel if you have bought for several thousands or just got it free. It sucks. My last option is going to consumer court which I am seriously comtemplating.
