I have Toshiba Satellite A55-S3063 laptop. Since past few days I am facing below mentioned problems with it:
Blue screen error - appears randomly
cd/dvd drive is opening and closing but is not visible in list of drives in my computer.
I stay in Noida and was trying to search for any authorized service centre in Delhi NCR, but was able to find only HCL Infosystems addresses only. I have checked reviews about services offered by HCL Infosystems, and no one was satisfied with the services offered by them.
Kindly guide me about the diagnostics and resolution of above mentioned problems or let me know about authorised and genuine service centre in Delhi NCR.
