I working as a technician have been experiencing issues with Toshiba devices. The issues are with necessary compatible driver services. Most of the ’make and model’ of 2010, 11, 12 and 2013 faces issues with updates for bluetooth driver, touchpad driver, wlan driver etc. These are necessary software services necessary to run Windows. Either we are not able to find the perfect driver else even if we do, there will be driver compatibility issues with latest windows os. Not to blame Microsoft here, the Toshiba manufacturer is to be blamed as the manufacturer must make availablity of necesaary software drivers. Failing in which will result to trust issues in this product.
