I was unfortunate to buy a single cot and a mattress from Total Mall(Madiwala) on 24th July. I am writing this review on 11th Aug and till now I have not got my cot.
I tried calling the customer service desk 9 times till date.
On every call the people will religiously take down the challan number, name and contact number, after copious amounts of hollow apologies, they will promise to call us back in "5" minutes. and alas after that there will be no response at all.
After the 6th call, I managed to get the number of Mr. Naveen(some concerned guy in the dept). The scenario is exactly the same(Do they have a script on apologizing, noting the challan and phone numbers, and promising to call in "5" minutes?) I managed to talked to Naveen guy once and after that he stopped picking my calls.
Call no. 8. Called the customer care, they gave Mr. Naveen’s number, I asked for their manager and got another number(of one Mr. Johnson).
Call No 9: Talked to Mr. Johnson, again the script and will call you in "5" minutes.
I swear to GOD, if I dont get my cot today, I am gonna go to the extreme to get my money back. Anyway Total mall is losing a customer. Me. I already promised myself to never get into that shop again.
