I brought double door LG Fridge and it is delivered at home in time, but upon opening it, I found the door is damaged and informed the Total Mall Electronic Items sales representative, Kishan on the very same day. He very well promised me and managed to get rid off me on that day, and promised me of replacement. But 4 days have passed, but no progress. The guy is not picking up phone and also, LG is not responding to my complaint # C1050201347.
Conclusion: I feel cheated by Total mall and LG company and I urge all people of India not to buy anything from Total mall and avoid buying LG electronics as they have very bad customer service.
