Purchased a sofa set, which was delivered in 10 Working days. After 10 days, insects started coming out of Sofa set. I got replacement for the Sofa, after a lot of fight and showing a video proof of the issue.
Purchased WashingMachine & Refrigerator, both of them were DEMO pieces from the store, which had a lot of scratches, when I went and asked them on this, the representative told that "I should have inquired, why BEST OFFER discount was being given on products, and all BEST OFFER products are DEMO pieces".
It was told that it was my mistake of purchasing such ones, He’s the floor manager. Kindly never purchase FURNITURE and CONSUMER ELECTRONICS items from Total Mall. Learned an expensive lesson. Customer support is very very poor. Total Mall is running only because of it’s location and no-competition in Madiwala area.
