Total Mall Sarjapur Road was always a good option to purchase my monthly grocery. I liked it so much that I started referring to almost everyone because of the comfort level. But now they have totally made the sections haywire. Some Grocery and House Hold Items are put on 2nd floor along with daily wash needs and furniture.
Then to buy rest of the grocery and all vegetables and fruits go to the 3rd floor.
A pure tactics by the management to lure customers so that they visit each and every floor. But the fools didn’t even think that people come here mainly for the grocery and house hold items. They don’t come here for purchasing the furniture on a daily basis. Also it is so stupid to keep the billing only on 3rd floor. They don’t have the basics to understand that their mall is operational from morning till 12 in the night. Keeping all the floors functional will not only add to the operational costs but will contribute to the global warming whilst all the lights and ac’s are switched on.
I even don’t understand the idea of giving parking in basement when you don’t allow trolleys to be taken inside the lift car. How will a customer carry the stuff to basement? How will the customers comprising of People with Infants, old aged people and physically challenged people cope up with this kind of mall? They will prefer not to come and buy their stuff from some other malls where the parking is free, no force on customers to visit each and every section and finally where the ease and comfort of shopping is there.
