We booked 2 computer chairs(Zuari Make: HW40655) on 15th Nov.2010 vide their bill No:5240000009695 and paid Rs.8580/- towards the entire value of the bill as advance. They had promised to deliver chairs on 25.11.2010 but could not and finally delivered on 2nd Dec.2010. Out of 2 chairs delivered, one chair slip down when we sit.
We do not understand why TOTAL MALL deals with such sub-standard products. On the one hand we made advance payment and waited for over 17 days but on the other hand receiving such defective material from the vendor brings lot of disatisfaction.
Will TOTAL MALL -Sarjapur unit look into our complaint on priority?
