After continuous follow up and many visits to the service center, today, as of writing this review, 27th April, I am getting my phone back. In the process I got familiar with Mr. Abrar Khan, Mr. Manjunath and Mr. Rajashekhar. I wanted to delete the review that I have written earlier about totoodo. But since I can not delete the review, I have modified this erstwhile review.
