Had a very bad experience for my iphone .
1st vist, Given the phone to fix home button issue, they replaced it. Once they handverover the phone to me, SIM didn’t work. I told them to check it properly and give back. they fixed it.
2nd visit, After reaching home I found that the wifi didn’t work. Next day they fixed the wifi and gave the phone back to me. but they forget to add the screws during kit assembly.(because of that the back panel came out). I didn’t notice it at first. Once reached home I realized that they missed to screw it. Wondering how careless they are!
3rd time visited the shop to put the screws on the bottom. Phone worked for a week, again home button didn’t work
4th time went to the shop to home button issue, they fixed it. But after reaching home I realized that the mic wasn’t working.
5th time went to the shop and explained it, they tightened something, and MIC worked. But after few hours the same problem happened again.
6th time, went to the shop to fix it permanently, now they said the audio chip is faulty:(. They promised to replaced in 2 hrs time.
7th time, Visited the shop, they said it will take some time and asked me to come on next day.
8th time, visited the shop on next day. but they said they are still fixing it, as the ICs what they replaced wasn’t compactable. Wondering how that could be? they said spares are faulty?
9th time, visited the shop, now they are saying the problem could be with the main board and they need 2 days to check it? I told them to put my old IC back and give it, but they said now the Speaker is also not working, so that OLD IC cannot help. Wondering how Speaker became faulty. The problem I had is only for the MIC, I could hear songs, and hear when the caller on the other side speaks.
Already i’m without the phone for 4 days by now.:(. Fully frustrated with the service. don’t go there. they spoil your phone.
Moreover their response is also very bad, they just don’t explain the problem. The guys on reception are very poor and they give you false promise everytime.
Still waiting for my phone to get repaired.
