I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this service center. We purchased a new HTC M8 phone via ebay and the sim card slot got stuck.We visited the Totoodo service centre in Kaikondranahalli near Sarjapur Road to fix this issue, they took around 45 mins and couldnt repair and returned the phone with scratches.
The shop owner said the service guy is new and hence we should just take it to the HTC authorised service centre.We asked him to call the Totoodoo shop owner, on call he said that the only solution would be to deduct the salary of the service guy and get our phone replaced with new case. Really disappointing! We left the store and have got it fixed from HTC service centre.
I want to ensure others don’t suffer, there are better service centers near Total Mall and HSR Layout area(we found this info from our friends). PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTRE
