The wonderful thing about touchtel is...well there is’nt anything. Hing’s for sure though. They can’t wait to take your money! after all the hooplah created about dsl and the blazing speed. I applied. Paid my security deposit and registration fee to one of their sweet customer care execs (who by the way come home and sell you the connection) and now two weeks later, I still haven’t got my connection.
So I call customer care and ask them why? and another very sweet woman tells me that my application has been rejected.... ’’hmm so when where you planning on telling me this?’’ ’’Sir I’m sorry but it’s inexecutable’’ ’’So why was’nt I informed to begin with? More importantly why was I even sold a connection?’’ ’’I am unable to answer that sir, but I’ll ask the concerned person to get in touch with you....’’ and that’s how it went, after 2 weeks of constantly calling, over and over again, i’m told it’s not possible. So here I am, no connection and rs.1, 500 short.
Forget about the speed, I’d advice against this connection as the company that supplies it is made up of 1st rate nitwits and thieves
