My time and money wasted because of Paradise Holidays. They are cheating people.
This is Sujatha from Chennai. I had a very worst experience with Paradise. I paid an advance and balance amount 13, 000 I have to pay on arrival. On arrival I paid 12, 000 and told them to pay no having a change so will pay by next day or later but they doesnt believed me they wanted full amount even for 1, 000 also they wont believe people then I paid full amount.
While at the time of booking, one Ms. Rinna coordinated, I have sent the places to be visited she replied me whatever places you want to cover you please inform to the driver he help you. But that driver is useless and helpless. Munnar no sightseeing was done. Boat House booked separately so it was good. Final day cochin local sighseeing. I have requested driver to visit Chotanikani Temple, but refused after many conversation with office finally he took the temple, but he skipped other places. Only 4 kms extra I used in the morning for used for this Temple. He skipped 60 kms to show cochin sighseeing. We are providing food for drivers. They are eating like a dog. But not ready to spend time with us. he dropped me railway station. Half-day unnecessarily we are sitting in the railway station without seeing coching sighseeing. This is the way Paradise doing business. They are money mined. I strongly recommend hereafter no one please dont use this Paradise.
