When it comes to value for money for driving ease, comfortable interiors, good and smooth pick up, fuel
efficiency, the "just the right" features and shape, boot space and leg room,
the 1.8L Corolla 2006 is a pleasure on 4 wheels!!!! It is a good family car -
ideal for city as well as highway driving and quite safe. With a mileage of just
below 10km/litre (it has given me an average of 9.9km/litre over the last 2500
kms), it cannot be better than this for a 1.8L saloon
car.
The automatic gear makes it easier to handle, though it works out to be
more expensive. Even at 120km/hr, it is stable and needs minimal grip. It does
not have a auto cruise feature but that’s not required
either. The space inside is very comfortable for a family of 4 adults and 2
children (all seated independently and comfortably). The boot space is good
enough for a family holiday trip!!!! It has been a pleasure driving the car for
the last 5 months!!!!
